    Qualifications:

    • BS or MS in Computer Science from top program (Ph.D. a plus)
    • 3-5 years of software development experience
    • Ruby on Rails Experience, Java, or some other high level language. (We work with Rails, and we’ll teach you as long as you want to learn)
    • Must be passionate about making the best product you can
    • Expert on Ruby -> you know how to use Ruby to its fullest (a plus)
    • You must be familiar with production web environments: hot deployment, app server bounce techniques, hot DB connections (a plus)
